WHY A WHOLE FOOD PLANT-BASED DIET BOOST EVERYDAY YOUR OVERALL HEALTH

May 17, 2022

We live in a society with confusion and doubt about how to build overall strong health. Nature is not confused, but people are. When people start to eat a balanced whole food plant-based (WFPB) diet, foods produced through natural farming principles, locally, in season and fresh, will give people the best possible chance to build overall strong health.

How well people nourish themselves will help determine how well people’s overall health is functioning. So eating a WFPB diet is probably one of the most brilliant things you can do to have a robust overall strong health and feel energised and healthy.

It is time for common sense to prevail and for people to stop being bewildered, confused, and scared. Millions worldwide have chosen to eat a balanced WFPB diet and are experiencing health beyond their wildest dreams.

If our Government truly wants to do something about boosting each person’s overall health . Then, I recommend that all Governments start promoting a balanced WFPB diet. Start subsidising (no tax) foods that are farmed naturally. Food that grows in the ground, on the ground and above the ground boosts people’s health and overall health and help prevent illness and disease.

What would happen if people support themselves by eating WFPB diet?

Our body system comprises a complex network of cells and organs that help protect our bodies from harmful toxins and infections. Nutrition can influence our overall health and play a key role in determining how susceptible we are to life. Adding overall health-boosting foods to our diet is a natural and healthy way to strengthen ourselves.

Taking a proactive approach is not only essential, but it can protect you all year round. Diets centred around whole, plant-based foods appear to stimulate physical, emotional and mental health.

You will surprised how many conscious medical doctors have made the switch!

Therefore, you eat plenty of bright and colourful fruits and vegetables. Vibrant colours signal the presence of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory phytochemicals like carotenes, polyphenols, flavonoids, and anthocyanidins. Although all plant-based foods possess a variety of protective nutrients, the following foods are particularly nutritiously dense and have unique health boosting power:

• Dark leafy greens – kale, arugula, spinach, lettuce, and others

• Beta-carotene-rich foods – carrots, sweet potato, butternut squash

• Berries

• Mushrooms

• Beets

• Garlic

• Ginger

• Tomatoes

• Kiwi

• Raw cacao

• Nuts and seeds – chia, flax, walnuts, Brazil nuts

• Spices – turmeric, cinnamon

You don’t need to eat them all at once, but start eating these nutrition-rich foods that can work for you and trust that nature can look after you, boosting your health response to whatever comes your way.

Please recognise that reducing food to an alleged nutrient is not accurate nor helpful, nor does it represent the truth. Just eat fruits, veggies, grains, legumes, nuts and seeds in whole form like life intended and notice how your body starts to perform.
